Every SkyDrop bottle is rainfall and mountain melt, taken through reverse osmosis and UV treatment and sealed at source. One ingredient on the label, and it is the only one there has ever been: purified water.

The process

Six stages, in this order, every batch

Order matters more than equipment. Each stage exists to protect the one below it — sediment would foul the carbon, carbon protects the membrane, and the membrane is what makes the last three stages worth doing. Nothing is added back afterwards, which is why the label reads TDS under 50.

Every batch is held until its lab panel clears. Nothing ships on a pending result.

  1. 01

    Sediment filtration

    Graded 20 → 5 micron beds take out sand, rust and suspended solids.

  2. 02

    Activated carbon

    Coconut-shell carbon strips chlorine, pesticides and anything that carries a taste or a smell.

  3. 03

    Reverse osmosis

    A 0.0001-micron membrane rejects dissolved salts, heavy metals, nitrates and fluoride.

  4. 04

    Carbon polishing

    A final carbon pass ahead of disinfection, so nothing carries a taste into the bottle.

  5. 05

    Ultraviolet

    254 nm UV-C at full dose leaves bacteria, viruses and cysts unable to reproduce.

  6. 06

    Ozonation

    A trace of ozone holds the water sterile in the sealed bottle, then breaks back down to oxygen.

  • Storage

    Keep somewhere cool, clean and dry, out of direct sunlight and away from strong odours. PET picks up smells long before it spoils.

  • Safety

    Check the cap seal before you drink. If the seal is broken, do not accept the bottle — send it back with the driver.

  • After the last sip

    The bottle is BPA-free and recyclable. Crush it, cap it, and put it in the recycling — or hand empties back to us on the next delivery.

We bottle under your label. The front panel is yours — your logo, your colours, your strapline — and a small Packed by SkyDrop runs down the side. Everything the law needs on the back stays ours to get right.

    Logo and any strapline as vector or a high-resolution file. No layout needed — we set it into the bottle template and send a proof back.

  2. Approve the proof

    You sign off the front panel. We handle the composition panel, storage and safety text, barcode and licence marks on the back.

  3. We print, fill and deliver

    Same water, same six-stage treatment, same lab panel. It arrives on your tables with your name on it.

  • Who it suits

    Restaurants, cafés, hotels, event caterers and anyone who would rather put their own name on the table than a competitor's.

  • Minimum order

    Set your own figure here — printing plates make short runs expensive, so most bottlers start somewhere around a few thousand units.

  • Lead time

    Add your real turnaround. Quote it from artwork approval, not from first contact, so the clock starts where you control it.

The panel, printed on every case

Reverse osmosis takes the dissolved load down under 50 mg/L and we leave it there. What remains is the trace calcium, magnesium, sodium and potassium below — printed on the label, in the same numbers, on every bottle.
